I contributed to the development of new product features for a web application designed for charging site managers, helping them monitor station performance and manage daily operations. Additionally, I improved usability and strengthened the design system by refining guidelines and documentation.
My Role
• Led ideation, concept exploration, and execution of new features in a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and engineers.
• Improved the end-to-end experience by conducting usability reviews, identifying UX issues, and successfully pitching design recommendations.
• Shared feedback and presented insights regularly within a team of 12 designers to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Contributed to an existing multi-brand design system, ensuring product-wide consistency through documentation of use cases and UI elements.
Outcomes
• Designed new functionalities in platform’s interface, making it easier for operators to manage charging stations, track usage, and resolve issues, resulting in higher overall customer satisfaction.
