Elli provides e-mobility solutions for private users and businesses, bridging the gap between charging infrastructure and the transition to renewable energy.
I contributed to the development of new product features for a web application designed for charging site managers, helping them monitor station performance and manage daily operations. 
My Role
Outcomes
• Led ideation, concept exploration, and execution of new features in a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and engineers.
• Conducting usability reviews to identify UX issues, and successfully pitched design recommendations.
• Shared feedback and presented insights regularly within a team of 12 designers to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Contributed to an existing multi-brand design system, ensuring product-wide consistency through documentation of use cases and UI elements.
• Designed new functionalities in platform’s interface, making it easier for operators to manage charging stations, track usage, and resolve issues, resulting in higher overall customer satisfaction.
• Optimized the station onboarding flow by reducing friction points and refining copy, enabling faster task completion with fewer clicks.
• Defined technical specifications and usage guidelines for the modal dialog component, enabling faster and smoother development processes.
• Improved accessibility and usability to serve a wider audience, increasing customer trust and retention.
